I love food and flavour, and I often feel like I am missing out due to my restrictive allergy diet. Eating a restrictive diet can be a challenge and when you finally find items you can eat it can feel like you’re still missing out on exciting flavours, or a desirable texture. My company was born from this desire to stop feeling left out and forgotten. I’m on the mission to sell baked goods that are bold in flavour with a desirable texture that doesn’t taste like “restrictive diet food”, that also just happen to be completely gluten and dairy free.
